All orders ship within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Most orders placed before 1:00pm (PST) will ship on the same day. We stock what we sell therefore all orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification has been obtained. If payment is made through paypal orders are processed immediately during business hours.

All orders are shipped with Canada Post. Upon shipping you will be emailed your order update notification with your tracking number.

We guarantee we will ship all orders in a timely fashion. All orders ship within 24 hours excluding holidays and weekends. However we do not guarantee delivery times. Once a package is passed on to Canada Post it is in their hands and out of our control. If a package has been deemed lost by Canada Post then a full refund will be given. We will not be held liable for packages delivered past the estimated delivery date. We encourage you order in a timely fashion to avoid delays that may be caused by shipping.

Wrong Addresses

If wrong addresses are given and packages are returned you will be given two options.

Option 1: Refund for the cost of your products less any charges that may have occurred

Option 2: We will ship it to the correct address when payment is received for additional shipping cost and any charges that may have occurred.





* Delivery standards are within business days for items sent between major urban centres and are dependent upon origin and destination. All items ship from Terrace or Kitimat, B.C. which are not urban centres
